- Allopathic Medical Officer : 5647 Posts ; Rs. 15600-39100/- Grade pay 5400/- and other allowances as per Govt. Rules.
- Food and Sanitary Inspector Health Services : 128 Posts ; Rs. 9300-34800/- Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-

Educational Qualifications :
- For Food and Sanitary Inspector Health Services : (i) Degree in food Technology/Dairy Technology/Bio-Technology/Oil Technology/Agriculture Science/Veterinary Science/Bio-Chemistry/Micro-Biology From recognized University Or post graduate in chemistry Or / Degree in Medicine. Or (ii) Any other equivalent/recognized eligibility notified by Central Government. Or (iii) Successfully completed training under any Organization or Institution as specified by the Food authority.
- For Allopathic Medical Officers: A candidate for direct recruitment must possess M.B.B.S. degree of a university recognized by Medical Council of India. A Candidate who possess a post-graduate Degree/Diploma in Medical or Health Sciences in a particular subject of a University recognized by the Medical Council of India or the Uttar Pradesh Medical Council shall be given preference in the matter of direct recruitment. In addition to this, it is also necessary to be completed one year rotary internship till the last date of receipt of application form.
Age Limit As On 01-07-2013 : The age of the candidates should be between 21 years to 40 years.
