APSC Recruitment 2013 : The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) also known as Assam PSC has announced a recruitment notification for a total of 309 vacancies for various posts.
The interested and eligible candidates will have to appear for the Preliminary Examination 2013 and this will be taken by the APSC.

- Assam Civil Service (Jr Grade) posts : 120 vacancies
- Assam Police Service (Jr Grade) posts : 79 vacancies
- Assistant Registrar of Cooperative Societies posts : 08 vacancies
- Superintendent of Taxes posts : 14 vacancies
- Inspector of Taxes posts : 16 vacancies
- Labour Officer posts : 03 vacancies
- Asstt. Employment Officer posts : 34 vacancies
- Labour Inspector posts : 14 vacancies
- Inspector of Excise posts : 21 vacancies
- District Transport Officer posts : 03 vacancies
Eligibility Criteria :
Education Qualification : Graduation Degree from any recognized University.
Age Limit : Minimum 21 years to a maximum of 38 years as on 01/01/2013, and its age Relaxation process will be under Government Rules.
The Combined Competitive Examination consists of two successive stages:
(I) The Preliminary Examination and
(II) The Main Examination (Written and Interview).
