Application Fees: Each application must be accompanied by D.D. worth Rs. 500-00 (Rupees Five hundred only) obtained on or after _________ payable at Hyderabad drawn in favor of Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad. Candidates belonging to SC, ST BC and Ex-Service Men category are exempted from payment of Fee.
