Age Limit: The age of the candidates for Managers Posts should be between 25 years to 35 years & for Senior managers is 27 years to 40 years. Age relaxation as per the rule of govt. of India.

Educational Qualifications:
- For Manager (MMGS-II): Graduation / Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University preferably with CAIIB / Diploma in Risk Management / Treasury Management / International Banking. Candidates should possess computer literacy.
- For Senior Manager-Credit (MMGS-III): A Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by Central Government. Preference will be given to the candidates with CAIIB / CA / MBA / PGDBM / PGDBA. Candidates should possess computer literacy.
Salary & Emoluments:
- For MMGS-II Scale: Rs.19400 -700/1 – 20100 – 800/10 - 28100
- For MMGS-III Scale: Rs.25700 -800/5 – 29700 – 900/2 - 31500
Selection Procedure: The selection of the candidates on the basis of Group Discussion (GD) & Interview.
